A) For paneer tikka : Take a bowl.
Add panner and bell papers into it.
Now add red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, black salt, mixed herbs, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, vinegar and salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Now take one bamboo sticks and assemble all the vegetables.
Keep aside.
Now take a grill pan and heat some butter.
Cook the panner sticks until brown.
Keep it aside.
for cheese balls
Take a bowl.
Add cheese and corn.
Also add black pepper and salt and combine well.
Make Medium sized balls.
Now take a small bowl.
Add all purpose flour and water.
Combine it well.
Make thick mixture.
Take a pan and heat some oil.
Dip the ball into the mixture and fry it.
Fry until golden brown.
Keep aside.
C) for rice : Heat some butter in pan
Now add cooked basmati rice.
Add mixed herbs, parsaly leaves, white pepper and salt.
Mix it well.
Cook it for 2 minutes.
Keep aside.
D) for mix vegetables
Take a pan and heat butter.
Add chopped gingerand cook it until golden brown.
Add boiled vegetables and mix it well.
Now add black pepper, black salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, lemon juice and salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients well.
Cook it for 2 minutes.
Keep aside.
E) for masala spaghetti
Heat some butter in pan.
Add spaghetti.
Add salt and black pepper.
Mix it well.
Cook it for 2 minutes.
Keep aside.
F) for sauce
Take a pan.
Heat some butter
Add ginger garlic paste.
Now add tomato puree.
Add mixed herbs, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and combine it well.
Cook it for 2 minutes.
Now add heavy cream.
And combine well.
Add chopped coriander leaves.
Keep aside.
G) for Buttery sizzler
Prepared ingredients
Take a sizzler plate.
Heat it on gas.
Assemble cabbage leaves.
After that assemble all the ingredients that we have made.
Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Now arrange the plate on wooden block.
Pour the butter sauce.
Add the butter under the cabbage leaves to generate smoke.
Serve hot.
